As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience. You'll oversee the smooth operations of our offices in Tel Aviv, London, and NYC (remote support), ensuring a productive, healthy, and engaging environment for employees.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and dedicated office manager to run all aspects of office operations and help us provide exceptional service and work environment to our employees and guests while making things run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations Management:

  • Ensure offices are equipped to support employees’ needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Manage office schedules and booking systems.
  • Work within budgets while coordinating with vendors, book venues, and managing logistics.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (finance, IT, operations).

Employee Welfare:

  • Oversee wellness initiatives and organize events to foster a positive culture (mental health programs, wellness, volunteering).
  • Plan happy hours and milestones celebrations with meaningful gestures.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Experience Manager on welfare activities.

Team Support and Development:

  • Serve as the main contact for office logistics, welfare programs, and events.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth communication and resolve operational issues.
  • Foster a positive office atmosphere by addressing employee needs.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels.

Remote Office Management (New York, and London):

  • Streamline operations with automated, self-service solutions.
  • Coordinate activities and communication across locations.

* This is a full-time position in the office, daily.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience as an office or facilities manager in a high-tech company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with facility operations, maintenance frameworks, processes, and vendor management (advantageous).
  • Positive interpersonal, energetic and service-oriented mindset with proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and execution skills.
  • Effective communicator with strong prioritization and workflow management abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, including Excel.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew (verbal and written) is required.
