Description
Join our fast-growing IT Support team as an IT Support Admin, working with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and improving the company's systems infrastructure with a focus on security protocols.
- Providing global service and support to end-users and partners across multiple sites.
- Resolving complex and escalated support issues.
- Managing user lifecycles (onboarding/offboarding) and automating related processes.
- Implementing automation to enhance user experience and IT productivity.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an IT support or Sys Admin role (must-have).
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Workspace (G-suite) platform (must-have).
- Experience with network design infrastructure and configuration (must-have).
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices (must-have).
- Experience working with Okta, our core system (must-have).
- Experience with FreshService and Jamf (significant advantage).
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) (advantage).
- Experience working with AWS Workspaces platform (advantage).
- Service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of English.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
- Willingness to be available 24/7 for urgent requests, including weekends.
- Passion for new AI technologies, driven by innovation, and experience with automated processes.
