Description
We’re looking for an Account Manager to own and deepen relationships with leading LLM labs and GenAI-native customers. You will ensure customers are successful, and be the primary business partner of the clients, leveraging ActiveFence’s AI Safety, Red Teaming, Model Evaluation, and Post Training Data solutions. Your mission is to be the strategic, customer-facing partner who understands their priorities, drives alignment, and ensures they see ongoing value from ActiveFence.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned LLM/GenAI customers
- Own the renewal and expansion quota for those accounts
- Understand customer goals, priorities, and roadmaps
- Keep communication smooth and transparent with all customer stakeholders
- Ensure customers get what they need by connecting them to the right AF teams (Program Architects, Research, Product)
- Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and renewal readiness
- Identify expansion opportunities based on customer needs and usage
- Own business reviews, customer check-ins, and value conversations
- Continuously identify ways to add value and improve the customer experience.

The salary range for this role is $160-205K OTE - Range may vary based on experience
Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in Account Management, Consulting, Partnerships, or similar
- Technical background: Experience working with technical or AI/ML-driven customers is a must. Background in AI red teaming / working with LLMs is a big advantage.
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a no-ego, collaborative approach.
- Problem-Solving: Sharp, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating complex challenges.
- Adaptability: Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple stakeholders.
