Description

ActiveFence protects the world’s largest platforms, enterprises, and online communities from malicious activity and emerging harms. As AI rapidly evolves, our mission is to keep organizations safe through cutting-edge solutions in AI Safety, GenAI risk mitigation, Agentic AI security, and global threat intelligence. We are expanding our GTM team with a proven Senior Sales Executive who understands the emerging AI landscape and can scale a hyper-growth business.

We are seeking a Sales Executive with deep experience selling into Fortune 500 enterprises, particularly cybersecurity, engineering, trust & safety, and risk teams. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is comfortable owning the entire sales motion, from building a territory to closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.

You will accelerate enterprise adoption of our Automated Red Teaming platform, Safety Guardrails solutions, and accompanying managed services.This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role critical to ActiveFence’s continued scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Territory Ownership
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan from the ground up, targeting Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies.
  • Position and sell an emerging category of LLM/GenAI/Agentic AI safety and security solutions and related managed services.
  • Develop a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and targeted campaigns in partnership with BDRs and marketing.

Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales

  • Lead the entire sales process from discovery, tailored demos, solution scoping, stakeholder alignment, security reviews, and contract negotiation.
  • Work directly with cybersecurity leaders, engineering teams, and technical evaluators to articulate the value of ActiveFence’s AI Safety solutions.
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder environments within global enterprises.
  • Negotiate commercial terms for six- and seven-figure annual agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to shape solutions that address customer needs and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on competitive insights, product enhancements, and emerging customer challenges.
  • Support marketing by attending conferences, customer events, and industry forums as a subject-matter expert.

Client Engagement & Travel

  • Travel onsite to meet enterprise clients, run workshops, attend conferences, and support strategic presentations.
  • Maintain deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to drive expansion and renewals.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally with exposure to AI Safety, cybersecurity, machine learning platforms, or data security.
  • Experience selling solutions involving LLMs, GenAI, or Agentic AI safety - MANDATORY
  • Proven success closing six- and seven-figure enterprise contracts with Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Experience selling both SaaS platforms and managed services.
  • Comfortable working in a hyper-growth startup environment with evolving products and processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and persuasively to both business and technical buyers.
  • Strong territory-building, outbound prospecting, and deal-strategy skills.
  • High executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels — C-suite, cybersecurity, engineering, product, trust & safety.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
