At Aquant, we’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Account Executive who’s eager to go beyond hitting quota and truly master the craft of sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of SaaS sales experience who’s ready to work with a smart, collaborative team and sell a solution that’s reshaping how service organizations work.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Lead the full deal lifecycle, enablement deliverables, required resources, technology support, maturity model, sales methodology etc.
- Establish a deep understanding of customers’ business needs by creating value to customers for our solution footprint.
- Demonstrate to customers how they benefit by partnering with Aquant and how our solutions deliver results.
- Relentlessly develop and drive a sustainable commercial and solution strategy across multiple customer divisions and geographic poles that is aligned to the agreed account goals.
- Develop and execute an Account Playbook that formalizes the “go high / go low” strategy for the Enterprise account.
- Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains an array of opportunities to ensure that sales goals are achieved.
- Actively grow and maintain a multi-year account plan that will be shared globally with parts of our business including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and the Development teams to ensure coordination across the business.
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of experience selling software solutions and is hungry to grow into a true sales pro. Experience selling AI solutions is a plus.
- An exceptional communicator - articulate, confident, self-aware and personable.
- Able to build strong working relationships and execute across multiple cultures, geographies and time zones
- Thinks and operates like a hunter—creative, energetic, and proactive in finding new opportunities
- A true team player who brings positive energy—we believe in working hard and having fun together
- Thrives on understanding a product in depth and clearly communicating its value
- Wants to compress sales cycles, build strong customer relationships, and make an impact fast
- Desire to work in a dynamic startup sales organization. Ability to quickly learn new software.

In compliance with the New York City Pay Transparency Law, we are sharing this base salary range. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skill set, experience, job scope, performance in assessments during the interview process, and current market data.
