We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Global Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll operations for our Israeli headquarters as well as our international entities. The ideal candidate is a payroll expert with a deep understanding of global regulations, a "systems person" who thrives in high-growth environments, and someone who can ensure our people are paid accurately and on time, every time.

• Israel Payroll: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for our IL entity, including social benefits, pension funds, 101 forms, and compliance with Israeli labor laws and tax regulations.
• Global Payroll Operations: Oversee and coordinate payroll for our international offices (US/EMEA/ROW), working closely with EOR services.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all payroll operations are compliant with local tax laws, social security, and labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Lead year-end and month-end reporting processes.
• System Management: Act as the internal owner for our payroll systems, ensuring data integrity between HRIS and Finance platforms.
• Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries, tax issues, and benefits.
• Audit & Reconciliation: Perform monthly payroll reconciliations, handle payroll accounting entries, and support external audits.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist within a global company.
• Payroll Expertise: Proven experience managing both Israel Payroll and International/Global Payroll operations.
• Certified Payroll Accountant: Valid Israeli Payroll Accountant certification (חשב/ת שכר מוסמך/ת).
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
• Technical Proficiency: High level of Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Tech Stack Advantage: Previous experience with Rippling is a significant advantage. Familiarity with other global platforms (e.g., Deel, Papaya, Hibob) is also a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
