We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Workforce Application team. This team drives some of Papaya’s most impactful domains, including Customer and Partner Platforms, Payroll and EOR Operations, workforce Analytics, Global Workforce Compliance and Management and more.

You will:
- Own and drive the product roadmap for one or more domains.
- Align product initiatives with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Define product KPIs and success metrics, and monitor progress.
- Conduct discovery with customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to identify high-impact problems.
- Translate product ideas into clear, detailed PRDs and user stories.
- Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams through the full product lifecycle—from ideation to rollout and beyond.
- Communicate progress, priorities, and product decisions clearly and transparently.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning and training for new features.
- Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows to enhance product discovery, requirements definition, data analysis, experimentation, and decision-making processes.
- Drive the use of AI capabilities within product development, including defining AI-enabled features, improving user workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation and intelligence within the product.
- Use AI-assisted insights to accelerate research synthesis, PRD creation, customer feedback analysis, and product iteration cycles while maintaining strong product judgment and accountability.
- 3+ years of experience as Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech/payroll platforms.
- Product experience in building and launching highly scalable and reliable services is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, user-facing products.
- Strong analytical thinking, with experience using data to define product decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or global HR/payroll domains is a plus.
- Experience working with distributed or global teams is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to solve complex product problems and drive customer satisfaction.
- Hands on ability to effectively leverage AI tools in product management workflows, including discovery, analytics, roadmap planning, and feature development.
- Experience designing or contributing to AI-enabled product capabilities and intelligent workflows.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
