We are seeking an experienced, strategically-minded Senior Marketing Operations and AI Enablement Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in architecting and optimizing the technical foundation of our Go-to-Market (GTM) engine. You will drive operational efficiency and scalability by owning the administration and integration of core systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, and advanced AI automation), ensuring seamless data flow and process excellence across Marketing, Sales, and SDR functions. Your work will directly translate into improved workflow accuracy, velocity, and measurable revenue performance.

You will:

  • Own Papaya’s inbound marketing automation end-to-end — HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, and lifecycle stage management — continuously improving the processes that take a lead from first touch to booked meeting
  • Own the lead-to-meeting handoff process — the critical junction between marketing and sales where speed and data quality directly determine pipeline conversion. Monitor conversion rates daily and improve them
  • Maintain data integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce — deduplication, field standardisation, enrichment, lead routing, and lifecycle accuracy
  • Support the SDR organisation operationally — tooling access, sequence management, onboarding and offboarding, meeting quality tracking, and pipeline visibility in Salesforce
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports — inbound funnel metrics, MQL-to-SQL-to-Close conversion, campaign attribution, and channel performance
  • Provide end-to-end operational support for events and webinars — registration flows, communication sequences, attendance tracking, and post-event data flows
  • Own the operational layer of email marketing — list management, segmentation, deliverability monitoring, suppression, and GDPR compliance
  • Implement AI features within HubSpot and other marketing tools, and work with the AI GTM Engineer to identify operational tasks suitable for agent automation
  • Ensure attribution is consistently tracked across every lead, contact, and opportunity — and support the migration of key reports to governed BI dashboards

Your profile:

  • 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a closely related role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise — complex workflows, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and automation sequences
  • Solid Salesforce knowledge — data model, reports, marketing-relevant configurations, and day-to-day navigation
  • Experience owning the lead-to-meeting or MQL-to-SQL process — you have built the handoff logic, monitored conversion, and improved it
  • Strong data quality instincts — you find bad data frustrating and know how to fix, prevent, and monitor for it systematically
  • Comfortable building dashboards and reports for non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organised and process-driven — you document what you build and communicate proactively when something is off
  • Strong English communication skills — you will work closely with teams in Tel Aviv and globally
  • Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and GTM engine platforms — advantage
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation frameworks — advantage
