Description

We are looking for a Jr. Brand Manager to support our Benelux marketing operations. This is a development role aimed at nurturing a high-potential graduate into a future marketing leader. The role combines hands-on marketing experience with exposure to brand building, digital marketing, and commercial strategy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Your mission

  • Support execution of marketing activities in Benelux across retail, foodservice, and digital channels.
  • Coordinate and activate local brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Localize and manage content (social media, website, POS materials), ensuring cultural and brand alignment.
  • Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns (social, paid media), identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in managing local partnerships, influencer collaborations, and PR activities.
  • Support market and competitor analysis, delivering actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Manage operational marketing tasks, including sample requests, POS materials, and marketing admin.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Strong interest in brand marketing and digital marketing; analytical skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated creativity, proactive approach, and passion for food, brands, and innovation.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Hands-on attitude, willing to learn and develop in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools.
