Description
We’re on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Global Procurement Lead to join our amazing Operations team at Redefine Meat.
As part of a collaborative and fast-moving team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing procurement operations across all Redefine Meat sites. From day-to-day purchasing to large-scale procurement initiatives, your work will ensure smooth global operations, smart cost management, and best-in-class service to our internal partners.

Requirements
- Manage end-to-end indirect purchasing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency, process improvement, and budget alignment.
- Support procurement across global sites, ensuring alignment with company processes and financial controls.
- Handle and approve POs from small expenses to high-value purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance in SAP.
- Lead supplier management and negotiations, including quote comparisons and contract terms.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in global procurement, preferably in a multi-site organization.
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) – required.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work with international suppliers and cross-country teams.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High service orientation, detail-focused, and proactive mindset.
- Hands-on and business-minded — able to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
