Description
Refine Meat is a mission-driven foodtech company transforming the future of sustainable protein. As we move into our next stage of scaling smarter, we are seeking a hands-on, business-driven HRBP to lead our people agenda across Israel, Europe and the US.
This role will act as a single HR & Talent focal point in the company (reporting to the COO).

Your mission
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a trusted partner to the COO and leadership team, championing a resilient and collaborative culture while guiding organizational improvements that strengthen focus and performance
- Lead Talent Acquisition, partnering with the global HR team to ensure hiring is aligned with business priorities
- Lead and execute core HR processes: workforce planning, performance management, L&D, and engagement
- Support managers with organizational design, leadership development, and HR best practices
- Maintain a robust HR operations foundation, ensuring compliance, policies, and seamless employee experience across all locations
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of experience as a HRBP.
- Experience in Sourcing/Recruitment methodologies
- Experience in HR transformation, change management, and independent program driving.
- Experience in data analysis, data management, and decision-making based on data.
- Experience in interpersonal communication and relationship building with organizations at all levels.
- Experience in helping global organizations scale.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
