Growth Product Manager - Cloud

You will be a key member of our Cloud Product team (based in San Francisco and Tel Aviv), influencing the product strategy and evolution of our product. Our product team is led by our Chief Product and Engineering Officer, who has extensive experience building product visions and product teams in tech companies. You will be working closely with our product directors that leads the charge on code first analytic capabilities with PLG offering being built.

As Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Own and lead the roadmap for our cloud product offering to support our strategy
  • Build & Define the next PLG product offering from MVP to full blown solution
  • Be responsible for user conversion between free and paying customers - a main KPI is growth moving forward
  • Be a leader of product vision, communicating roadmap to key stakeholders including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, executive leadership and customers.
  • Identify new and innovative ideas that solve important customer problems, and take those ideas to market.
  • Understand business requirements/vision and initiate ideas and concepts to support them.
  • Collaborate with our product analytics team and user research team to research, interview, and understand the needs and behaviors of both internal and external users. Our ‘Pro’ users are internal so you’ll have direct, every-day access to users!

What You've Done, So Far:

  • 5+ years as a Product Manager, with a track record of success in launching products and features from scratch
  • You lead yourself or were part of a team who worked with product led growth (PLG) strategy in a B2B Saas company with 10,000’s of clients/users
  • You have worked with tech cloud team and able to understand the cloud concept & understanding of cloud based applications and designs, including DevOps platform solutions across major cloud providers like AWS, Azure and GCP.
  • You have experience developing B2B products, and thrive with complex challenges. You have taken a number of new features, ideas, or products from concept to delivery and are well versed in all stages of the product development lifecycle
  • You can define priorities and lead feature teams to rapidly deliver customer value. You're experienced with multiple strategies to organize and run projects, and know when to apply each.
  • Your empathy for customers is overwhelming. You've run user studies, and built and rebuilt flows until user feedback showed that they were just right.
  • You are technical and can discuss implementations and tradeoffs with Engineering. You have a solid understanding of how your past work is implemented, well below the UX layer.
  • Field and engineering teams love partnering with you and are constantly praising your work

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $140,000-$175,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.

NYC and CA Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in New York City and California is $140,000-$175,000 (/yr).
