Role Overview
This role manages relationships with outside creative studios that produce marketing materials. The Outsource Production Coordinator will collaborate with internal marketing and production teams to oversee the development of high-quality, cost-effective marketing creative assets from third-party vendors. Strong organisation and communication are key, as this role serves as the primary point of contact for vendor communication, tasking and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outsourcing strategies to enhance the quality, cost-effectiveness and risk mitigation of marketing assets.
- Identify and onboard new external partners, continuously optimising outsourcing efficiency.
- Manage all communication and coordination with external creative studios.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish and maintain the outsourcing production schedule.
- Translate visual quality expectations from internal creative leads to vendor partners.
- Provide necessary support to partner teams, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of art outsourcing workflows, pipelines, and documentation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of professional experience in creative marketing, project management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing external partners, preferably within the games industry.
- Solid understanding of external development pipelines, processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in developing schedules, setting milestones and tracking deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fundamental knowledge of the game industry and marketing assets creation processes.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, act proactively and adapt quickly to evolving needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
