Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team at Lion Studios. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition performance across multiple mobile game titles by leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating closely with product, creative, and monetization teams.
- Managing and optimising user acquisition campaigns across key channels including Google, Facebook, and AppLovin, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads expertise
- Analysing large datasets to monitor KPIs such as ROAS and retention, ensuring campaigns meet profitability and growth targets
- Collaborating with creative teams to provide data-backed feedback on ad creatives and contribute to campaign strategy
- Working closely with studio managers and product teams to align UA efforts with game performance and product goals
- Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements to scale UA operations efficiently
- Maintaining strong relationships with external network partners to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Supporting multiple game titles and channels simultaneously in a fast-paced, lean team environment, contributing ideas to improve overall UA strategy and execution
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3-5 years of user acquisition experience, preferably within mobile gaming.
- Proven expertise with major UA channels including Google Ads, Facebook, and AppLovin.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with incentivized networks and other performance marketing channels.
- Familiarity with tools such as Adjust and Looker is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to manage significant ad spend budgets and optimize campaigns for ROAS and retention KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (product, creative, monetization) and external partners.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a lean, dynamic team.
- Experience with creative briefs and understanding of ad creatives is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
