Tripledot is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst who is ready to take the next step beyond an entry-level role. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape and deliver product features through well-defined requirements. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience in business analysis and is seeking to develop greater ownership of tasks while continuing to learn from more senior team members.

Role Overview

Working as part of a cross-functional team (developers, testers, producers, product managers) to analyze product requirements and contribute to designing features that address them.
Supporting managing requirements for both player-facing features and backend systems, with guidance from senior BAs when necessary.
Breaking complex requirements into deliverable features and working closely with the developers, testers and the wider delivery team to ensure timely and seamless delivery of these features.
Assist in scoping work for MVP and subsequent iterations.
Create epics and detailed user stories that are ready for development and testing.
Maintain clear, well-structured documentation and reference materials for project features.
Participate in requirement workshops, occasionally facilitating smaller sessions.
Prepare basic prototypes, wireframes, or user flows to communicate requirements visually.
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
Collaborate closely with developers and testers throughout the delivery cycle to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1–2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related role, ideally in a cross-functional agile environment.
Working knowledge of agile principles, with experience contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Practical understanding of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, with ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks.
Ability to create epics, detailed user stories, and acceptance criteria following established standards.
Basic experience with UI mockup and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and ensuring shared understanding.
Awareness of APIs, client-server communication, and basic data formats such as JSON.
Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
