Key Responsibilities
We’re hiring an Organic Growth & AI Marketing Specialist to grow installs and visibility for our mobile games across the App Store, Google Play, web (SEO), and social platforms. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role working closely with UA, Creative, Data, and Martech teams to improve organic performance through testing, insight, and rapid iteration.
About You
You have experience in ASO for apps (mobile games preferred). You do UA or are very keen to dive deeper into the world of UA and how it links into ASO. You are a self starter and looking to grow responsibilities and your role. You are well versed with AI and can leverage AI tools to create creative assets. You have some knowledge of SEO optimisations and how to increase website clicks.

- Own App Store Optimisation (ASO + ASA): keyword strategy, metadata, localisation, creative optimisation, and store A/B testing.
- Drive increased revenue and conversion through SEO and web growth, including technical SEO improvements and high-leverage optimisation opportunities.
- Partner with Performance Marketing to analyse the impact of paid UA on organic installs (halo, cannibalisation, incrementality).
- Work with Martech and Data teams to ensure accurate organic tracking, reporting, and attribution and build out our measurement stack for Organics, ASO and SEO.
- Design and run structured experiments to improve discoverability and conversion across store and web.
- Create and iterate on social content to support awareness and organic demand generation.
- Leverage AI tools to automate or accelerate workflows including creative iteration, research, copywriting, localisation, and reporting.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience across ASO and SEO (mobile games experience preferred).
- Experience collaborating with Performance Marketing teams and using data to drive decisions.
- Experience working with Product and Data teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and interpret experiments.
- AI-native mindset: regularly uses AI tools to solve problems and produce high-quality outputs efficiently.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience with designing and producing screenshots and icons using AI
- Design sensibility and strong visual judgment.
