The role is working within our studio: Ludios
About Ludios
Ludios takes its name from the Latin, it means "The Game People". Led by Eyal, one of the co-founders of Tripledot Studios, and some of the most experienced people in mobile games, we are a studio that makes and publishes our own casual, free-to-play mobile games. Our team is based across APAC, with the majority of our development happening in Jakarta and Melbourne. We are data-driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about the industry we work in. Right now, we are working on a number of exciting projects, including one built around a globally recognised IP, alongside several original titles we are equally excited about. If crafting games and reaching millions of players is what gets you out of bed, we would love to hear from you.
Role Overview
Because this role focuses on managing, optimizing, and scaling established product ecosystems rather than pre-launch R&D, it represents the perfect entry point and learning opportunity for high-potential Product Managers looking to transition into the mobile gaming industry. Utilizing your analytical depth, structural thinking, and collaboration skills, you will own the live ecosystem, manage the product roadmap, and ensure these titles continue to deliver high-margin returns.
Product Lifespans: Lead cross-functional teams in maintaining and optimizing scaled games, executing smart, high-impact iterations that sustain user engagement and profitability over the long term.
Drive Efficient Roadmaps: Utilize real-time player data, live economy health, and churn metrics to craft product roadmaps focused on retention and stabilization. You will own the 3-6 month roadmap, focusing on backlog prioritization that maximizes ROI with lean development resources.
Data-Informed Lifecycle Management: Leverage robust analytics and historical player data to make critical balancing decisions, ensuring our mature player base experiences engaging, intuitive, and accessible live operations.
Optimize Live Ops & Economy: Transition games smoothly from their historical growth phases into highly efficient, steady-state scaled operations. You will oversee live event cadences, store configurations, and economy sinks to extract sustainable value.
Smart Feature Implementation: Lead targeted feature enhancements and live-ops functionality specifically designed to optimize already scaled games—moving from requirement wireframes to deployment and post-launch analysis.
- Adapt and Get Involved: Thrive in a stable yet dynamic live-services environment, applying your structured PM expertise to various operational areas of game sustainability as required.
