About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Art Director to drive the creative direction, execution quality, and operational efficiency of our Content & Monetization art team on Fish of Fortune. This role bridges creative excellence with business impact- ensuring all monetization and live-ops content is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and delivered on time.

About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Art Director to drive the creative direction, execution quality, and operational efficiency of our Content & Monetization art team on Fish of Fortune. This role bridges creative excellence with business impact- ensuring all monetization and live-ops content is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative solutions for monetization briefs for monetization offers, events, and live-ops content.ensuring high-impact visual executions that drive KPIs and revenue goals.
- Raise the bar on title design, pop-ups, and promotional assets while maintaining alignment with the brand style.
- Maintain a deep understanding of monetization strategy, feature mechanics, and seasonal event planning.
- Oversee quality and consistency across 2D, 3D, UI, and animation pipelines, identifying and resolving workflow bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary art focal point for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring business messaging is accurately translated into visuals.
- Manage team task planning and scoping to ensure realistic timelines and prevent routine crunch.
- Lead and optimize team ceremonies (kickoffs, reviews, retros) to maintain visibility and prevent siloed work.
- Support people leadership through 1:1s, growth paths, and fostering creative confidence.
- Pioneer and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve production speed while maintaining artistic standards.
- Proven experience leading art teams in live or F2P games.
- Strong understanding of monetization-driven creative, visual hierarchy, and player psychology.
- Ability to bridge art and business, balancing creative quality with delivery timelines and revenue impact.
- Expertise in overseeing multi-disciplinary pipelines including 2D, 3D, UI, and animation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and task management skills.
- Proficiency or strong curiosity in emerging AI-powered tools and automated production workflows.
