Description

XTEND, a global leader in human-guided autonomous drone systems for defense

and security forces, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing global team.

This role focuses on true business partnership with leadership, managers, and international teams to support organizational growth, strengthen teams, and drive people strategy in a fast-paced deep-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support organizational scaling, workforce planning, and structural evolution in a rapidly growing global company.
  • Lead manager development, coaching, and leadership capability building.
  • Partner with leadership on performance management, promotions, and salary review processes aligned with company strategy.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives at a macro level.
  • Translate business goals into people strategies, programs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify organizational gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and implement scalable HR solutions.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders on learning & development, succession planning, and talent growth.
  • Ensure HR processes, policies, and data support operational excellence and global compliance.
  • Participate in HR interviews and candidate evaluations for key roles.
  • Provide hiring managers with assessment insights and decision-making support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a technology, startup, or global environment.
  • Proven experience in manager coaching, performance processes, and compensation review cycles.
  • Experience participating in HR interviews and talent assessment for technical and operational roles.
  • High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong execution mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
