Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VP of global BD & Sales to lead our international growth strategy. This is a pivotal executive role responsible for identifying, penetrating, and scaling new markets. The ideal candidate will be a "Growth Architect" with a rare combination of strategic foresight, technological depth, and a hands-on approach to complex business development. You will hold full P&L responsibility and lead the charge in establishing new operational footprints and revenue streams globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Entry: Design and execute comprehensive market-entry strategies with a focus on Europe and Latin America, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive positioning.
  • Revenue Generation & P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the global P&L, with a proven ability to scale operations and generate revenues.
  • New Market & XFAB Establishment: Lead the end-to-end process of opening new markets, including the establishment and scaling of new XFAB (External Fabrication/Facilities) operations.
  • Business Development & Sales Leadership: Navigate and close complex B2B and B2G sales cycles. Identify new business domains and diversify the company’s global portfolio.
  • Post-Merger Integration (PMI): Lead integration efforts following acquisitions to ensure cultural, operational, and commercial alignment across global sites.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between technological capabilities and commercial opportunities, translating complex engineering solutions into high-value business deals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 12+ years in senior sales leadership and business development roles within global organizations.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling international markets with direct revenue responsibility of $10M+.
  • Geographical Expertise: Deep familiarity and established networks in Europe and Latin America .
  • Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in B2B & B2G sectors, with the ability to manage long-term, high-stakes negotiations.
  • Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in a Technological or Engineering field – Mandatory. An MBA is a significant advantage.
  • Military/Defense Background: Experience within the Defense/HLS sector – Highly Advantageous.
  • Strategic & Hands-on: A unique ability to think 5 years ahead while simultaneously "getting your hands dirty" in day-to-day execution.
  • PMI Skills: Previous experience in post-merger integration is a strong plus.
