Yotpo is looking for a brilliant Global IT Director to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems.

You will supervise the implementation of new policies and the maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

An ideal candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience, and detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes.

You will bring IT support, team, operations, and infrastructure to the next level by planning and managing our SaaS environment.


  • Oversee IT operations and service desk and supervise systems and IT staff across all company sites
  • Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual work plan and budget
  • Oversee global team members, evaluate them according to established goals and provide guidance to support their personal growth.
  • Take the initiative to learn and enhance technical knowledge continually
  • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems following
  • InfoSec policies
  • Create processes and standards for selecting, implementing, and supporting systems
  • Handle IT annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • A desire for constant improvement and excellence
  • Interfaces with Security and DevOps teams


  • 6+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing information technology cloud base projects, in global companies
  • Proven and meaningful experience in managing IT and helpdesk teams
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network, firewalls and systems administration, back-office systems, identity management, hardware, and new developments in the IT domain
  • Have a “can-do” approach
  • Familiar with cloud-based IT solutions - preferably AWS
  • Exceptional skills with Mac OS, in addition to Windows & Linux

This role reports to the CIO (VP of Information Systems and Technology)
