As a Yotpo Senior Manager, Partnerships for Agency Managed Services, you will own the strategy, execution, and results for one of our fastest growing products – email and SMS. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a managed services program with the backing and resources of a well established company.

Expanding our agency managed services offering is one of Yotpo’s foundational growth pillars for our partners ecosystem and you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leading this strategic initiative.

This role is based in NYC (though we’re open to remote candidates) and will report to the Director, NA Partnerships

You will:

  • Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive managed services partner strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion through digital marketing agencies.
  • Manage Yotpo managed services partner program and collaborate with operations to ensure tiering, requirements, and benefits are innovative and upheld.
  • Build, nurture, and lead a high-performing usage-first (email & sms) partner manager team.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partner personas within managed services, including technology, resellers, and strategic alliances to ensure we’re staying innovative and expanding our TAM
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team, empowering their career development aligns with the future-state of Yotpo’s business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, providing insights to enhance our long range GTM strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Be a data-driven leader, strategically working with partner operations team to gather and analyze relevant data, demand gen analyses, and develop recommendations around managed services partner programs and other initiatives relevant to the managed services domain.
  • Collaborate with different key stakeholders across relevant Yotpo teams (GTM, Product, Operations, and Client Success) in order to execute your managed services vision. Including the ability to communicate your strategic recommendations and process insights to these stakeholders and at the executive level.
  • Conduct ongoing ROI analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of the MS partner programs and key MS initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and continue to implement infrastructure and processes for managed services partner onboarding, training, support, and ongoing enablement.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Create both quantitative/qualitative managed services partner program goals and targets to ensure we’re acquiring MS agencies, driving usage, and retaining our MS partners. KPIs should be quarterly/semi-annual and will support internal business reviews. You will collaborate closely with ops to prepare, track and report on progress for both project priorities and revenue KPIs.
  • Work with GTM leadership across all geo’s to resolve issues, understand business pain points, product challenges, and identify areas to optimize our managed services offering.

About you:

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred experience in fast growth software or management consulting. 2+ years experience managing partnerships programs.
  • Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally with different teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.
  • Successful in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in fast growing tech startup environment, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or working with LMS solutions
  • You’re resourceful and want to build a one-of-a-kind managed services program. You should be well-versed on how to articulate and Not only do you have the ability and the desire to architect the high level strategy, you want to operationalize it and can dive deep into the details.
  • You have excellent spoken and written communication & presentation skills. You have experience resolving prioritization conflicts, resourcing shortfalls, and timing issues, and can summarize challenges & recommendations succinctly.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.

Bonus points for:

  • Having relevant subject matter expertise in the email marketing industry
  • Demonstrated the ability to rollout successful enablement / certification programs for managed services at-scale
  • Led or has been a key stakeholder in leading a high performing managed services team at a prominent B2B SaaS or Digital Marketing Agency

Base salary $145-165,000 – In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable compensation component.

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
