Yotpo is looking for a talented Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to join our Demand Gen group.
We’re looking for a self-motivated quick learner who thrives at the intersection of marketing, creativity, and analytics to scale and optimize our paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Paid Display (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, GDN, Twitter, and more).
The Paid Acquisition Team is a part of the Marketing Department and works cross-functionally with multiple departments, including design, content, product, product marketing, sales, customer success, marketing operations, and data.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize and scale paid display activity on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, GDN and more.
- Support other acquisition channels: Google Search, Bing, Shopify Ads, and more.
- Manage paid campaigns end to end, including budgets, bids, account structure, audiences, creatives, landing pages, creatives, conversion optimization, and more.
- Develop paid media plans for specific campaigns and product lines.
- Work with our in-house design and content teams to continuously develop and optimize ads.
- Collect and analyze campaign data to identify optimization steps for current and future campaigns and new opportunities.
- Report on paid traffic & results.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience leading and managing paid display campaigns, out of which 2+ years in a B2B SaaS / eComm company
- Experience in managing global campaigns
- Advantage - 2 years of experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Shopify Ads)
- Working experience with data and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Autodidact: Highly skilled self-learner, eager to master new concepts independently, naturally analytic, and curious
- People-person with strong interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team
- Able to manage several cross-team projects
- Outstanding Excel & data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Amplitude - advantage.
