What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
- Automating Building of Application code using Build Pipeline in Azure DevOps
- Creating, managing, and securing Azure Resource Manager (ARM) virtual machines
- Support and implement following Azure components such as Azure Front Door, App Gateway, Azure API Management Services, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage – Blob, Microsoft SQL
- Develop monitors and alerts for errors and performance using NewRelic
- Develop and manage CI/CD process for different types of application and automate as many processes as possible
- Work in an Agile environment to support individuals on proper DevOps practices
- Manage the full release process
- Support development teams in technical questions of continuous integration/continuous delivery
- Subject-matter expert in Release Management, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Responsible for producing deployment run books and Implementation Plans on Source Code branches and code merges, keeper of source code repository in GitHub.
What you need to bring:
Education & Experience Required:
- Requires 8+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience working in infrastructure support and DevOps
- Must have effective communication with excellent logic and problem-solving skills and a drive to make a difference
- Ability to understand and communicate customer issues
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft platform (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, Windows Server, Clustering, Active Directory etc.)
- Well versed with Azure DevOps & GitHub
- Experience in development and supporting enterprise applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and communicate technical information to IT professionals
- Well versed with Azure offerings with work experience on the same like Web apps, ASE, ASP, function apps, SQL PaaS, Storage accounts
- Five years of CI/CD, DevOps experience with good understanding on Software configuration Management
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Working experience with federated IdP (Okta preferred).
- Experience working with Okta and/or CyberArk preferred
- Ability to connect on-premises technology to Cloud Offerings is preferred.
