Senior Delivery Solution Architect

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

How you will make your mark:

  • Lead efforts with regards to assessing technical solutions and drive their implementation
  • Assess the business impact of technical solutions and recommend improvements.
  • Perform design, debug, and performance analysis of solutions.
  • Advocate process and practices improvements.
  • Communicate new solutions features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as a technical delivery advisor to internal and external parties for all kinds of queries related to delivery of existing or potential deals.
  • Provide technical guidance to build/transition teams and single contributors.
  • Continuously research emerging technologies and propose improvements to the existing delivery practices.
  • Lead team development efforts with regards to newest technologies and portfolio offering
  • Manage sensitive internal and external communication.
  • Mentor team members and deliver trainings.
  • Lead all types of internal projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of solutioning and delivery practices.

About you:

  • Broad/Solid IT background and experience
  • Knowledge of Infra Data Centers, enterprise technologies, Cloud Computing, Public Cloud (AWS, Azure), Containers
  • Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture
  • Exposure to cloud managed services
  • Technical knowledge and experience on Infrastructure monitoring tools
  • Technical knowledge in networking, virtualization, operating systems, server clustering.
  • System Administration
  • Knowledge of remote deployment programs and monitoring processes and concepts.
  • ITIL Certification
  • Superior communication skills
  • Experience in Managed Services
  • Demonstrate business judgment, decision making skills, negotiating skills, time-resource management, complex problem solving, in-depth product knowledge, creativity, teamwork, knowledge of quality processes, sensitivity in dealing with diverse cultures and ability to learn quickly.
  • Team player with ability to engage engineers and project contributors.
  • Project Management skills
  • Fluent in English language

Education and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or relevant experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support environment
  • ITSM and project management knowledge
