Job Description:

What you'll do:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of OpsRamp tool and its capabilities
  • Participate actively in all introductory sales calls
  • Ensure to strengthen sales representative position in an account through discussing depth of organization resources and solutions
  • Identify opportunities to present OpsRamp solutions for organization’s customers
  • Ensure to extend to project management and development of customer expectations
  • Head responsibility to deliver and deploy OpsRamp solution along with customer solutions (if needed) in customer atmosphere
  • Train customer/ Operations engineers/ SMEs to enable administering OpsRamp solutions
  • Identify and solve complex process and technology-related problems during the onboarding process through methodologies that rely on best practice.
  • Understand customer processes, workflows and requirements and translate them into solutions within the OpsRamp platform
  • Provide sales representative and customers with product and solution suggestions during pre-sales and post-sales discussions
  • Update and maintain widespread engineering knowledge plus complex product aspect.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones

What you’ll need bring:

  • Minimum IT Experience of 12 years
  • Hands-on experience implementing and customizing monitoring, event management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions in complex environments
  • Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms
  • Ability to support multiple implementation projects.
  • Ability to picture end-to-end architectural flow and present roadmap to customers.
  • Deep insight into both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure including VMware, Azure, AWS, GCP, storage and networking topologies, and infrastructure elements
  • Operational knowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools and infrastructure monitoring standards including SNMP
  • Operational knowledge of Alert and Event Management
  • Operational knowledge and history of implementing role-based access models
  • Ability to translate tactical information into Dashboards
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation
  • The ability to identify renewal and add-on opportunities, using lessons learned and looping them back to Account Executives
  • Have an Agile mindset and is value-focused and guided by Agile principles
  • Desire to be a part of a team of diverse, competent, and reliable individuals who trust one another and feel free to express their feelings and ideas
  • Knowledge of Event Correlation and ability to relate events to technical and business services
