This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a large or broad function/department within a multifaceted organization. Responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with other major organizational functions.
  • Responsible for one or more recognized professional disciplines.
  • Fully accountable for the success of the designated function or department. Influences strategy and sets policy and direction.
  • Own a significant number of measurable functional, operational and strategic goals or priorities.
  • Assume responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans in a defined area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic definition of a function with strong business acumen.
  • Act as a key advisor to executive management in influencing the strategic direction of the business.
  • Report to VP.

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum of 18+ years of experience managing large technology teams, with SFDC implementation experience.
  • Executes and refines SFDC technical skill competency team strategy and build out within HPE India.
  • Experience of refining of ways of working, standards, key performance metrics, and vendor relationship strategy.
  • Experience of direct management of a complex technical competency teams.
  • Technical competency lead management requires resource demand planning, project resource assignment, resource utilization management, project resource performance management, technical resource acquisition/hiring, employee engagement strategy development, core skillset standards development, core skillset resource analysis, core skillset gap mitigation, resource skill development, resource cross skill/multi-skill analysis, technology roadmap development, and fostering a continuous improvement culture.
