This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a young, vibrant and international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

Start Date: September 2024

Location : Prague

What you’ll do :

During the two-year HPE Graduate Program, you will :

  • Be given an assigned sales territory to grow and build your relationships, working with other businesses to advise on multi-products, services, and integrated solutions across our varied portfolio of products and services
  • Review account activities to uncover new business or up-selling opportunities.
  • Build your own understanding of your clients’ industry, identify emerging market trends and opportunities, support with market campaigns, and execute campaign follow-up.
  • Support the Digital Sales Account Managers and Partner Business Managers with day-to-day activities
  • Provide support with pricing, escalation and ad-hoc activities

What you’ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2023 or 2024 with a focus in business, management, economics, or related
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech
  • Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions

  • Initial 5-week extensive onboarding to support you with adjusting into the role, including learning about HPE’s portfolio and processes
  • Ongoing learning and development throughout the duration of the program
  • Be mentored by at least one senior member of the sales team and after two years in the program you can grow into a true sales professional with valuable relationships and international working experience
