Job Description:

What you’ll do:

  • Manages activities of ICs.

  • Accountable for department area(s) or location(s) with significant impact on business unit results, organizational strategy, and transformational activities.

  • May carry project management responsibilities.

  • Applies strong subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving moderate to complex business/technical issues within established policies.

  • Understands, articulates, and optimizes application and process capabilities for use by multiple IT constituents.

  • Directs and controls activities for business or IT area including one or more disciplines. Plans, directs, and monitors high-end operational activities of staff and drives the strategic plan for the team.

  • Drives architectural simplification and ensures capabilities and applications are done "once for the company".

  • Understands, articulates, and optimizes application and process capabilities for use by multiple/all business and IT constituents.

  • Ensures that systems and applications are highly available and meet or exceed performance expectations, and require little to no support.

  • Ensures team meets or enables achievement of relevant IT metrics and commitments per IT business goals and objectives.

  • Communicates organizational business plans and strategies and drives performance planning and review.

  • Provides technical as well as people leadership.

  • Exerts influence beyond the immediate team; demonstrates business acumen and applies it for effective business engagement with internal customers and effective management of programs and initiatives.

  • Drives change management in the team or immediate organization; takes personal ownership of the IT strategy and drives support of it.

  • 1.Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute transformation strategies that are in line with the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and creating a clear roadmap for RCRB projects. Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to prioritize initiatives and allocate necessary resources for successful implementation.

    2.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
    Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging employees to explore new ideas and embrace change. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains through digital technologies. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement in digital transformation strategies.

    3.Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
    Stay updated with the latest emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's goals. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate various technology solutions. Oversee the implementation of selected technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes. Manage vendor relationships and identify

    any potential gaps in SOW.

    4.Change Management:
    Develop and execute change management strategies to drive employee adoption and engagement during the RCRB projects implementation process. Create communication plans to educate and inform stakeholders about the benefits and status of projects. Identify potential barriers to adoption and develop effective mitigation strategies to overcome resistance to change.
    Provide training and support to employees to enhance their skills and capabilities in the SAP SD/OM area.

    5.Data Analysis and Insights:
    Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to gather valuable insights and identify trends that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Prepare and present regular progress reports on projects, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Explore with stakeholders on RCRB projects.

    6.Project Management:
    Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and establish clear timelines and milestones for projects. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project risks and issues and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to key stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 14+ years of related experience and 8+ years of management or supervisory experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • • Proven experience of at least 8 years in leading transformation initiatives and managing business information technology projects.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and propose innovative solutions.
    • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience in change management and driving cultural shifts within an organization.
    • Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive change.
    • Proficiency in SAP technologies preferably SD Functional skills in S/4 HANA
    Proficiency in JIRA tool
    Demonstrated expertise within relevant field or discipline as well as a broader conceptual understanding of other Information Management functions.

  • Foundational knowledge of other businesses or functional areas of the company.

  • Experience directing and controlling the activities of one or more functions.
