Hybrid Cloud Business Support Graduate

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Start Date: September 2024

What you’ll do

  • Increasing sales productivity by simplifying the sales environment, supporting sales initiatives and providing tools and processes for efficient sales and business management
  • Coordination and support of local delivery team
  • Support with forecasting and planning tasks
  • Initial review of the contractual/bid documentation;
  • Interact with the bid/sales team and gather input as necessary;
  • Preparation of the relevant documentation and handling of all needed Deal Governance approvals in order to submit offer to client as per the HPE policies;
  • Open and follow up on approval requests and order booking requests
  • Runing and coordination of meetings between teams;
  • Ensure that all bid documentation is stored and archived as per the HPE policies;
  • Apply project management skills and tools to develop and implement Bid Assurance processes in Slovakia;
  • Build strong relationships and partner closely with Central Europe business management, Sales, Pursuit team, Deal Governance and Solution Operations;

What you’ll need:

  • You graduated in 2023 or will graduate in 2024
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple engagements and meet time sensitive deadlines;
  • Very good organizational skills, allowing to drive multiple projects in parallel
  • Self-starting with ability to learn new process and policies quickly and develop skills;
  • Collaborative and team player;
  • Up to 12 months of relevant prior experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team

What we’d prefer you bring:

  • Ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions.
  • Understanding of basic financial principals
  • Understanding of digital / cloud economy
  • Open minded and solution focused attitude
  • Project management fundamentals is an advantage
  • Prior Salesforce usage is an advantage

Salary starting from 1,500 EUR per month gross
