Job Description:

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a vibrant a team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

Start Date: September 2024

Location : Instanbul

What you’ll do :

During the 1-year HPE Graduate Program, you will :

  • Partner closely with our field sales teams, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
  • Play a fundamental role in our continued growth by setting and developing the sales strategy and relationships for your assigned accounts, territory, or industry area.
  • Cover all activities from preparation of configurations and offers, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation management
  • Be our extended sales force to cover sub accounts of the assigned major accounts to extend our market coverage
  • Develop new sales activities, campaigns to develop incremental funnel

What you’ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2023 or 2024 with a focus in business, management, economics, or related
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
  • Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
