This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Program start date: September 2024

Your main tasks:

  • Help driving partner business development activities in support to the Northern Western Europe (NWE) Partner and Ecosystem team Business Development and Program Managers.
  • Manage activities related to partner enablement, funnel generating activities and running or assisting partner events as well as communication around NWE Channel sales programs with key stake holders.
  • Support multiple countries consisting of France, Netherlands, BeLux, Nordics.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing performance metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights and innovative ideas
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops, and resources to support sales teams. Communication and co-ordination of the activities to key stake holders.
  • Support the creation and optimization of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

What you’ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within the last 12 months with a focus in computer science, management, trade economics, or related
  • Native Finnish, strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other NWE country language skill is a plus.
  • Experience or a proven interest in sales and/or program management and a passion for technology
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
