Job Description:

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Vision: You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business and marketing strategies that align with our HPE storage vision. Your insights will shape our path forward.

  • Market Insights: Dive deep into market trends! You’ll analyze data, customer behavior, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

  • Competitive Landscape: Help with competitive strategies. Your research and insights will guide our positioning and differentiation.

  • Go-to-Market Plans: You will help execute the go-to-market plans for our products and solutions. You will work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Put the customer first! With the team, you’ll create customer personas, map their journeys, and ensure our strategies resonate with their needs.

  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate on marketing campaigns. Your strategic thinking will drive campaign effectiveness.

  • Performance Metrics: Define success! You’ll establish KPIs and track performance against goals.

What You’ll Need:

  • You have completed your degree within the last 12 months in any field (preferably IT/ International Business and Sales )

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset. You’ll turn insights into actionable strategies.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in team environments. Cross-functional collaboration is your superpower.

  • Language: English fluency is required; additional European languages are a strong plus.
