This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a graduate student to gain hands-on experience in corporate communication, while contributing to the overall success of our organization. What you’ll do :

During the HPE Graduate Program, you will :

  • Develop and produce informative and engaging messages to effectively convey important updates, announcements, and organizational information (videos, leaflets, posters)
  • Create visually appealing and content-rich newsletters to keep employees and partners informed about company news, events, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather content, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all communications.
  • Implement strategies to ensure messages are reaching all employees effectively, including those in remote or dispersed locations.
  • Monitor feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve communication strategies and content delivery methods.
  • Stay up-to-date with communication trends and tools to innovate and enhance internal and external communication practices.
  • Ensure effective communication is in place to support our partners
  • Support with end-to-end onboarding of new partners while providing our partners with complete support regarding any documentation, plans and overall general communication.

What you’ll need:

  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2023 or 2024 with a focus in Marketing, Communications, PR or related
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience, ideally in corporate communication or content creation, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  • Knowledge of video editing software and graphic design tools such as Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or Premier Pro
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong time and project management skills with a work ethic to do whatever is required.
  • Experience as an active leader on campus who strives to make a positive impact on the world
  • Comfort with working in a hybrid (virtual and face-to-face) environment
