Job Description:

Additional guidance/criteria: Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region; Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 10 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.

Clearance Required: TS SCI with Polygraph a must

US Citizenship required

Travel: up to 25% Travel to client site required

Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep and broad technical background and knowledge of industry trends to operate several critical or high risk technology areas/customer groups.
  • Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create solutions for customer.
  • Mentor/consult with team members, other organizations, customers, and vendors on complex issues.
  • Act as a consultant in service delivery business, technology, industry or specific application.
  • Resolve technical and some business incidents independently.
  • Deliver strategic account support by proactively maintaining high-level technical, operational expertise and understanding of industry trends.
  • Develop and grow assigned customer account relationships with complex and strategic accounts.
  • Design and deliver support solutions using specific industry knowledge and expertise; Assist Mission Critical or project manager in solution formation and lead Mission Critical delivery team in planning, delivering, and managing complex support solutions.
  • Create and deliver Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans for assigned accounts.
  • Program/Project management environment.
  • Manages the implementation and utilization of Global Method Project Management (GMPM) methodology.
  • Provides an environment in which the Program/Project business is predictable and profitable.
  • Understands the solution portfolio and may identify repeatable business opportunities while ensuring appropriate import/export of intellectual property. May make recommendations to enhance solution offering set.
  • Drives the quality of bidding, contracting, and delivery of projects.
  • Monitors projects during delivery, including periodic project reviews and follow-up on appropriate actions.
  • Supports customer work in the selling, contracting, and delivery phases.
  • May develop and manage strong customer relationships at intermediate levels.
  • Responsible for personnel, and business management, including accountability for team effectiveness and people development.
  • Communicates regularly with practitioners on matters relevant to the profession.
  • Consults with practitioners on career development and professional certification matters.
  • Mentors and/or establishes mentoring programs for the Program/Project management community

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Associate degree in technical field of study
  • 6- 8years working experience in related fields desired.
  • PMP Certified Preferred
  • Federal Clearance required, TS/SCI with Polygraph

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $86,000.00 - $198,000.00
