Israel MOD Sales lead

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

We are seeking a competitive and results-driven MOD Sales Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, attracting new and former MOD clients, and closing sales to achieve quotas. Your role will involve managing and negotiating with strategic clients (army, defense…), generating leads, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategies: Develop effective sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain productive, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Sales Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales models and strategies.

  • Sales Targets: Meet personal and team sales targets.

  • Market Research: Research sales competition and stay informed about industry trends.

Requirements

  • Familiar with army and defense organizations' purchasing & processes (מנהל הרכש), and with MoD technological departments

  • Strong technology understanding and ability to assess technological needs to support customer needs

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Self-motivated, driven player with track record of over-achieving quotas.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • University degree or equivalent.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues and developing innovative solutions.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer requirements, and competitive landscape to develop effective sales strategies.

  • Security assessment: Cvoug Bitruni

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HPC and AI: Experience and knowledge in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Understanding of how these technologies can be applied to solve complex problems and improve business outcomes.
