Job Description:

What you’ll do:

Leadership Presentation:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and impactful presentations for senior executives and leadership teams.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather relevant information and data for presentations.

  • Create compelling presentations that effectively communicate strategic message and initiatives.

Monthly Business Review:

  • Collaborate with various practices to gather data and insights for monthly business review reports.

  • Analyze and synthesize the information to create comprehensive reports that highlight key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Present monthly business review reports to the executive team.

Quarterly Business Review:

  • Coordinate and facilitate quarterly business review meetings to senior management and executives, ensuring representation from relevant stakeholders.

  • Work closely with practice managers to gather performance data and metrics for the review.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing the outcomes of quarterly business reviews and actionable strategies.

Business Focal Reviews:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for business focal reviews, liaising with stakeholders from various practices.

  • Coordinate and schedule business focal review meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and data are provided.

  • Facilitate discussions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on decisions made during business focal reviews.

Visitor Management:

  • Develop and implement visitor management processes to ensure a smooth experience for guests.

  • Coordinate visitor schedules, logistics, and access to the premises.

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent experience to visitors.

What yo need to bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in communication strategies and techniques.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in presentation software and other relevant communication tools.

  • Proficiency in PowerBI is preferred.

  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Previous experience in visitor management and event coordination is an advantage.
