Job Description:

What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
- Handling problem management tickets with IT
- Monitoring system performance with regards to IDOC & EDI Signals
- Knowledge in EDI signals , Inbound and Outbound delivery creations and related transactions
- Knowledge in PO and PGI Fallout resolution
- Work collaboratively with IT/Biz teams to fix the issues/fallouts
- Incident management & proactive monitoring of EDI issues
- SAP Job monitoring in SAP SD/SAP HANA module
- SAP Key user access/Super user support for all SAP applications
- Support SAP UATs
- Exception handling for all SAP EDI messages
- IT middleware monitoring and support
- Escalate/raise early warning signal to Management team/IT for long term issues and high impact orders
- Identifying the root cause of the issue and do the corrective and preventive actions
- Provide weekly/monthly reports of IT fallouts and process fallouts to Management team
- Participate in weekly/monthly calls with IT/Supply Chain Order fulfillment team
- Proactively monitor the Order backlogs and reduce the order cycle time
- Project management by partnering with IT/Biz
- Understand the signal flows and system hierarchies of various supply Chain/Vendor systems
- Monitor and track the Partner Managers’ performance on shipment issues (Technical)
- Manage the SAP/other tools accesses for the Supply Chain team members
- Recommend, implement and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and maintain the Process documents (SOP)
- Communicate the system changes to all the stakeholders on time
- Periodically review the process and remove the Non-value-adds

Preferred:
- SAP Certifications (SD) would be preferred
- Experience in SAP functional consultant role
- Exposure to Excel Macro/ VB / automations
- Good exposure to statistical tools, process improvements & Lean concepts
- Supply Chain experience in Server/storage/networking industry
What you need to bring:
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering/Maths/Science
- 3-6 years working experience in Order management/Supply Chain functions
- Working knowledge on SAP SD/MM is must. Functional knowledge on S4 Hana is preferred
- Intermediate working knowledge on MS Excel
- SAP Certifications would be an added advantage
