Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Performed general and specific administrative support tasks involved in an engineering environment. Responsibilities will include maintaining R/D inventory records, documenting processes. Processing material request/transfers, cycle counts, shipping coordination. In addition, a variety of tasks in support of R/D prototype developments. These tasks may include, but not limited to, assisting with researching information, assisting with analysis, compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following work unit manager’s directions and other established administrative procedures. Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and external to the company. May assist in work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor.

Management Level Definition:

Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignment.

Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution. Allocates own time efficiently. Receives general instructions on all work.

Education and Experience Required:

Education or equivalent experience to adequately perform the duties of the job definition, must possess a minimum 1-3 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

USD Hourly: $17.55 - $37.26
