This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

The Finanace Operations Specialists works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders - both external and internal to the company - to support the process of establishing business leases with customers. They research, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders. They translate business needs into system/ application requirements and project components to help determine solutions to business problems. They also assist team members in producing functional requirements for tool development. They proactively identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company’s clients. Additionally, the effectively manage client’s expectations and apply industry and information technology expertise to support proposals, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasing contracts in accordance with HPEFS policies and specific customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to forecast monthly business with existing clients and assist with operational activities.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams daily to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for contracts in the system.

Partner with suppliers to facilitate proper and timely invoicing.

  • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Engage with relevant internal teams to handle complex customer queries and take ownership of finding solutions.
  • Support the implementation of new business tools that improve operational efficiency and profitability (e.g., customer portals, electronic signatures, MS D365, Power BI)

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, customer service or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 -4 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 2 or more years of working experience
  • Business communication skills
  • Intermediate to Advance excel skillset
  • IT Asset management background
