This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Territory Account Manager (German Speaking)

Are you ready to lead the charge in driving value for clients while maximizing growth? As a Territory Account Manager at HPE, you’ll be the trusted partner for commercial accounts across Switzerland, building relationships and delivering impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage strategic account plans, driving business growth with a focus on high-value deals.
  • Use your expertise to uncover opportunities and expand our portfolio across multiple business units.
  • Build strong, executive-level relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with partners to increase win rates on key deals.
  • Lead account planning, pipeline management, and ensure quarterly/annual sales targets are met.
  • Proactively deliver hardware, software, and service solutions tailored to client needs.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Fluent in German with a willingness to travel twice per quarter.
  • Deep understanding of client needs, and how to deliver creative solutions using consultative selling skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with internal and external partners, driving value and winning strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic sales activities and close deals in competitive environments.
  • A strong passion for technology.
  • IT Sales experience is preferred.
