What you’ll do:
Drive, manage and increase education services business, proliferation and long-term strategic goals for corporate and public sector customers in West region
Set education service metric goals, monitors business performance and identify corrective action required.
Partner with different teams in HPE and enhance the strategic relevance of education and learning in within different HPE GTMs
Build and develop strong end customer and partner relationships to incrementally grow the customer education business
Influence uptake of new learning delivery models for the region
Instrumental in discussions and thought leadership around the development of roadmap for education services solutions relevant to market
Liaison with education delivery teams to ensure execution quality and customer satisfaction for repeat business
Ensure that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders
Adhere to all process requirements to ensure adequate reporting and compliance
Collaborate with regions/WW regarding education service planning, implementation and performance.
What you need to bring:
Typically 4+ years experience in directly related business.
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience.
Background in customer-facing enterprise training busines.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of IT and services industry.
Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively.
Good communication skills.
Proven track record of growing education/training/learning business across a region.
Good commercial awareness, able to structure commercial arrangements with the support of legal department
Understanding of technology and relating the value to a customer’s business requirements.
Understanding of the channel eco-system including Systems Integrators, Distributors & OEMs
