This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager – New Logo Acquisition to join our team in Belgium. This role is focused on hunting and acquiring new clients, helping them leverage HPE’s cutting-edge server, compute, and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunting for Opportunities: Drive new business acquisition by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients in the BeLux region.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with new customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Focus on Enterprise/Rising Stars: Target high-growth enterprises and emerging market leaders, positioning HPE as a strategic IT partner.
  • Promote HPE Solutions: Articulate the value of HPE's server, compute, and datacenter solutions, aligning them to client business needs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a territory plan focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and a superior client experience.
  • BeLux Market Coverage: Travel as needed within Belgium and Luxembourg to meet clients and attend key events.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Mandatory):

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in sales, with a strong emphasis on hunting and new business acquisition.
  • IT Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in IT sales, with experience in datacenters, hardware, networking, and/or cloud solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong Networking Ability: Natural talent for initiating and fostering new business relationships.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in either Dutch or French is mandatory, along with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
