Customer Program Manager (1-Year Internship)

This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn to manage customer software and firmware recipes, gaining practical experience in tracking and resolving issues during NPI and sustaining phases.
  • Develop expertise in managing lab and customer evaluation units, ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and resources.
  • Acquire skills in coordinating customer contracts, including handling addenda, amendments, and tracking payment and delivery schedules to align with project milestones.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and to negotiate options and alternatives.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients.
