This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Based on identified training needs in the company business segments/global functions, designs and develops sales, technical or leadership/management training materials, including both traditional and media-based deliverables. Works with project teams to assess, design, develop, evaluate and/or acquire content. Audiences may include company employees, partners, or customers. Tests and refines course content.

Management Level Definition:

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FOR AN INTERNSHIP , YOU SHOULD BE CURRENTLY STUDYING AND FOR AT LEAST FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS. IS MANDATORY TO BE LOCATED IN COSTA RICA

Responsibilities:

  • Develop impact and timely learning solutions, by meeting or exceeding training readiness dates.
  • Build course design plans for content development aligning the HPE Service support strategy.
  • Conduct or manage delivery of train-the-trainer sessions, produce videos and written documentation of content changes, and timely communicate content updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive the quality of the developed content to meet or exceed learner satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure that measures are aligned to learning objectives, implement innovative instructional design techniques, and increase interactivity within courses.
  • Expand competency in e Learning, Instructor Led Training, multimedia authoring, and editing tools.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level college degree preferred.
  • Pursuing Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Economics/Industrial Engineering.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to understand complex tools, technologies, and systems
  • Fluent with English (writing and speaking)
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, content design, and consulting skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, change management, relationship management, and project management skills
  • Able to work in global environment with team members across the world
  • Proficient in content development software (for example, MS PowerPoint, React/Typescript/HTML/CSS)
  • Familiarity/experience with below will be plus:
    - Technical writing skills
    - Video editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new, complex tools, technologies, and systems.
