Job Description:

Responsibilities:

HPE Services Portfolio Enablement, as part of HPE Operations Service Readiness organization, represents a team of global experts who consult the Service Product Managers in the Business Units, who want to bring new services to market and design and implement packaging solutions and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. This global team, focused on enabling new services in the respective service-led configure, price and quoting (CPQ) tools and developing the related quote to cash processes, collaborate with functions like Service Product Management, Service Offer Management, Service Product Master Data, Q2C and CPQ teams, Solution Operations, Support Delivery readiness, Service Pricing, and finance who are the primary recipients of our service.

The overall goal of this position is to support the Service Packaging Strategy and Design and the Quote-2-Cash NSI leads in delivering best in class service product structure designs (aka packaging) and quote to cash processes.

Key responsibilities are among others:

  • Support Packaging Managers with creating NSI deliverables and documentation, e.g. completing service design documents for new services based on examples
  • Ensure Portfolio Enablement SharePoint sites, links, and published documents are up to date and functional
  • Support the Operations Lead with Excel or Access database tasks (e.g. validating data, tracking down and preparing data for monthly and quarterly KPI reports, etc.)
  • Project Management support with current projects e.g. tracking action item/task lists with the respective owners
  • Design and implement a bi-annual “customer” satisfaction survey with the Service Product and Offer Manager community
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks and activities that need to be prioritized

Education Required:

Non-technical major ideally in Business Administration ideally with an IT focus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey ideas, present information, and build relationships with partners
  • Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Analytical Skills: Analyzing data and use information to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technology products and services.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to define a problem, analyzing root cause, exploring solutions and support decision making process
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and open to learning in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating well with colleagues and supporting team objectives.
