【組織概要】
HPC&AI事業統括 HPC&AIサービス統括本部としてHigh Performance Computing事業をLeadしている組織です。
30年以上、スーパーコンピューティング分野でトータル的なソリューションを提供しています。スーパーコンピュータを用いた従来型のシミュレーションの他に、ビッグデータ解析、人工知能といった新しい分野への取り組みを行っています。大量のデータセットとディープラーニング技術を用いて構成される大規模言語モデルにはスーパーコンピュータが不可欠であり、その世界市場規模は急速に成長しています。
お客様は大学、官公庁、研究所、製造業など多方面にわたり、ハードウェアの販売だけでなく導入前コンサルティング、システム設計・構築、導入、運用、保守まで一貫したサービスを提供しています。

【職務内容】
・スーパーコンピュータおよびその周辺機器の構築・導入
・顧客との保守契約(SLA)に基づいたオンサイト保守サポートの提供
・保守サポートは翌営業日対応、24時間365日対応など

【必須とされるスキル・経験】
・LinuxサーバまたはWindowsサーバのシステム構築、運用、保守のいづれかについて2年以上の経験
・お客様、社内関係者と良好な関係を築くことが出来るコミュニケーション能力
・英語(技術文書のリーディング、メールによるコミュニケーション)

【あると望ましい経験や知識】
・スーパーコンピュータ、あるいは、中大規模 Linuxクラスタ・システムの保守経験
・Linuxシステムの構築、もしくは、テクニカルサポートの経験
・ネットワーク(L2ネットワーク, InfiniBand)とストレージ(RAID, GlusterFS)の基礎知識と対応経験
・社内外との調整や交渉を円滑に進めるためのリーダーシップ
・問題を解決へと導くまでのオーナーシップ意識
