Job Title: Global Delivery Center (GDC) Leader

Job Family Definition:
Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level. Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market. Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and/or TCE goals for that segment/entity.
Job Summary:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a highly skilled, visionary, and results-driven leader to spearhead operations for its Global Delivery Center (GDC). The GDC Leader will oversee the delivery of services through a team of approximately 200 professionals located across Sofia, Tunisia, and Dublin. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing multiple accounts spanning Central Europe (CE), North Western Europe (NWE), UKIMEA, and LASER regions. Reporting to the Vice President, the GDC Leader will influence strategic direction, align operational execution with HPE’s business objectives, and ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery across all client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a diverse team of ~200 professionals across Sofia, Tunis, and Dublin, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring the delivery of exceptional services across multiple geographies.
· Drive customer satisfaction and operational success by adhering to HPE’s customer success methodology, service delivery standards, and business goals.
· Oversee account governance and ensure comprehensive care through services such as HPE Complete Care and GreenLake Flex Delivery, guaranteeing alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.
· Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet and exceed cost of delivery, and Total Customer Experience (TCE) targets for the GDC.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align delivery operations with overarching organizational strategy and objectives.
· Manage the lifecycle of services, solutions, and portfolios, ensuring delivery excellence, operational scalability, and growth opportunities.
· Leverage experience in remote customer experience management and lead geographically dispersed teams across borders to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes.
· Act as a trusted advisor to executive management, contributing to strategic decision-making, business planning, and long-term organizational growth.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the GDC team, driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and professional development.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and industry best practices.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
· Proven expertise in customer success methodologies and account governance, including hands-on experience with HPE Complete Care and GreenLake Flex Delivery services.
· Strong background in leading and managing large-scale service delivery operations, with a demonstrated ability to drive customer experience excellence remotely.
· Extensive experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams across borders and geographies.
· Strategic mindset with a track record of aligning operational activities to business objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
· Exemplary leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
· Deep understanding of service delivery models, lifecycle management, and operational best practices within the IT services industry.
· Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
