【組織概要】

HPE Managed ServicesのIT Operation Center (ITOC) は、顧客のIT環境において、インフラからアプリケーションまでのワークロードを最適に管理するための運用業務を提供する組織です。

また、社内のグローバル拠点と密接に連携しながら、サービスの価値を最大化し、顧客満足度の向上を目指しています。ITOCは、HPE Managed Servicesの中でも重要な役割を担う組織として、日々進化を続けています。

【本ポジションに関して】

リモートから顧客システムの運用支援を行うスペシャリストです。

役職名：IT オペレーションセンター エンジニア: ITOC Engineer

• 運用スペシャリストとして、主にリモートからお客システムの運用業務を行う
• 運用デリバリの準備を関係者と協調して実施する
• 安定した運用対応を継続することで、お客様のビジネスに貢献する

必要な知識およびスキル

• IT技術職経験（システム構築、保守や運用管理など）
• 顧客に対しての論理的な説明およびコミュニケーションすることができる
• 問題の解決に向けて社内外関係者と協調して、対応をリードできる
• Server Hardware, Network, Storage, OS など基本インフラの幅広い知識

あると望ましい経験や資格

• ITILファウンデーション資格
• Database、ミドルウェア、運用ツール、SaaS、セキュリティ関連の基礎知識
• 英語コミュニケーションのスキル
• チームリーダーやプロジェクトリード、オペレーション管理者の経験
• プロジェクトマネジメント領域の経験
