We’re seeking Senior TAC Engineers who are passionate about customer success and committed to going the extra mile to ensure it. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, clearly understand their needs, and resolve complex technical challenges. You’ll become a trusted expert in Enterprise Wireless and Wired Networks, helping drive exceptional outcomes through deep technical knowledge and outstanding communication. We are building a new team which will offer the potential opportunity for a future lead role.

This position will support government accounts. Therefore, due to federal export-control regulations, the selected candidate must hold U.S. citizenship status.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer support escalations across multiple channels.
• Maintain high standards for response quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage Layer 2/3 network testbeds.
• Reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Identify bugs and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Analyze logs to find root causes.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates.
• Ask insightful questions to improve processes and solution

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols, including switching, routing, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and IP addressing/subnetting. You know how data moves across networks and how to optimize performance and reliability at every layer.
• Proficient in 802.11 Wi-Fi standards, with hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise wireless networks. You understand RF fundamentals, access point behavior, and wireless security protocols.

• JUNOS / JNCIP / JNCIE Certified

USD Annual Salary: $90,400.00 - $208,500.00
